This treatment works best once the body has experienced the full process. For a first session, we usually start with the full Pure ASMR course, so there’s enough time for the response to settle and become familiar and clear.
The work stays in areas where the response is easy to access. The pace is steady, the rhythm consistent, allowing the body to shift without needing much input.
This is a “toe to head” treatment that will take you through the rhythm of Pure ASMR using advanced massage techniques that fill light but have a deep impact. This approach is appropriate for clients:
• Who find traditional massage too deep or overwhelming
• Who find they need to wind back from the drive for big stronger experiences
The outcome of this treatment is a step towards anxiety reduction, inner peacefulness and improved sleep.

Pregnancy puts a huge demand on your muscles, tendons, ligaments, and all the body’s soft tissue. Now, your body must adapt to all the needs of caring and feeding your newborn at the same time as recovering from pregnancy.
Postnatal massages are designed to help you recover from giving birth, help build strength and resilience while lowing stress levels.
Giving birth is one of the most natural and amazing experiences a woman can go through. Pregnancy massage during the second and third trimesters can be very benificial to help you relax and soften aches and pains experienced as the body changes. Research has shown that massage is good for baby as well through lowering mum’s stress and increased levels oxytocin and prolactin.

I’m not sure what I was expecting. But this was not like a normal massage. Martin took the time to find out what was going on with me, from aches and pains to actually checking the way I stand and what shoes I wear. I had been suffering from a lower back pain for some time and felt I just needed a massage to release the tension. But this was different, Martin actually found the muscles that had built up tension or inflammation and worked on them and even though this was only the first session, I felt such a relief at the end. I can’t recommend Pure Body Fix and Martin enough
