I saw Martin at Pure Body Fix in Chesham today for an ongoing Achilles problem, and I was very impressed with the treatment and advice I received. Martin took the time to thoroughly assess the issue, explain what was causing the pain, and outline a clear plan for recovery

I’m not sure what I was expecting. But this was not like a normal massage. Martin took the time to find out what was going on with me, from aches and pains to actually checking the way I stand and what shoes I wear. I had been suffering from a lower back pain for some time and felt I just needed a massage to release the tension. But this was different, Martin actually found the muscles that had built up tension or inflammation and worked on them and even though this was only the first session, I felt such a relief at the end. I can’t recommend Pure Body Fix and Martin enough

I had a post-natal massage with Martin. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I have back pain for a while and Martin helped with stretches and putting pressure on the right muscles to help reduce the tension. I definitely recommend Pure Body Fix in Chesham and definitely coming back again

Mary-Anne was great! She adapted my massage to suit how I was doing to day. The shoulder pain which was the reason I first came to Pure Body Fix, about 6weeks ago, has completely gone now.

Had a few issues with shoulder & lower back but with a cheeky massage & some strange pressure point witchcraft Martin had me straightened out in a jiffy.
The man is an absolute genius 👏 🙌
